*The backpacks have been tested to support a weight of 5 pounds. The handbags have been tested to support a weight of 3 pounds. It is recommended not to overload the product to maximize longevity.
One-year warranty = The warranty covers manufacturing defects. These defects can include zippers and seams. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from dye transfer, strain, an accident, improper use or maintenance and modification of the product. It is not applicable on snags. This should be normal wear. The warranty is applicable once per initial purchase, per item.
Starting in fall 2024, Lambert will offer products that are greener than ever. For all new items, more than 58% of the vegan leather used in products will be made from recycled materials. Additionally, the interior of all products will be made with 100% recycled materials.

Ship your order free of charge to the boutique of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up at the boutique. Please wait for this notification before coming to the boutique. Photo ID will be required for pickup.
Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.
Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky items.
Delivery
We offer free delivery* on orders over 100$ of clothing, shoes and small accessories. A delivery charge of 7$ applies to orders under 100$.

We offer U.S. delivery for a flat fee of 20$. This offer is not valid for some items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.
Car seats and childcare products subject to differing safety standards are not available for delivery in the United States.
