Free in-store pickup

Ship your order free of charge to the shop of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery.

You will receive an email when your parcel is ready to be collected in shop. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pick-up.

Your order will be available for pickup for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorised to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky items.

Free delivery on $100 or more

We offer free delivery* on orders over $100 of clothing, shoes and small accessories. A delivery charge of $7 applies to orders under $100. *This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply. See our policy below,

Delivery in the United States

We offer delivery in the United States for a flat fee of $20* for clothing, shoes and accessories. Car seats and childcare products subject to different safety standards are not available for delivery in the United States.

Import, tax and return costs are entirely at the customer's expense.

International delivery

Accelerated delivery

Some items and destinations are eligible for expedited delivery. Additional charges apply. Expedited delivery charges will be displayed, if available, when you place your order.

Oversized delivery

Additional delivery charges starting at $15 per item apply to oversized items. Oversized delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

Free furniture delivery

We offer free delivery* on a selection of furniture. See our selection of furniture with free delivery here.

Furniture delivery (by appointment)

An additional delivery charge of $90 applies to furniture orders. Furniture delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery to remote areas

An additional delivery charge of $20 per package applies to oversized items. Oversized delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

Processing and transit times

Processing time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours*.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery times are 1 to 7 working days*.

Allow for longer processing and transport times for remote areas, oversized items, furniture and special orders.

Accelerated delivery

The accelerated delivery times are 1 to 3 working days*.

Delivery to remote areas

Delivery times to remote areas are 3 to 10 working days*. Please allow for longer processing and transport times for furniture and oversized items.

Order tracking

A shipment confirmation email and tracking number will be sent when the order is dispatched.

Delivery to remote areas

We offer delivery to remote areas, please note that additional charges may apply.

Delivery time: orders for remote areas may require additional time.

Additional charges: an additional amount will be calculated and added to your order at checkout, depending on your delivery address.

Furniture delivery (by appointment)

Furniture is delivered by contract carriers. We will contact you when the goods arrive at their terminal to arrange a delivery appointment

This service includes delivery to the first dry location such as the garage, porch or simply between two doors at the entrance to the building. It does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.

Free delivery does not apply to furniture unless otherwise stated.

CLÉMENT does not offer furniture assembly services and reserves the right to refuse delivery.

In-store pickup is free of charge for all orders, with the exception of home delivery orders only.

Special orders

Production lead times

Certain products (selected furniture and special order items) may have an additional production lead time of 2 to 12 weeks. Please refer to the lead times indicated in a yellow box on the product sheet and in the shopping basket.

The choice of carrier is made when the order is dispatched, unless otherwise specified.

We work mainly with the following carriers:

Other carriers are also used, depending on the items and the destination.
