About Instacake

InstaCake offers a unique way to celebrate special moments with its cake-in-a-card concept. Each card contains a mix for an individual cake, made from high-quality ingredients such as Madagascar vanilla and real butter, ethically sourced from Canada and the United States. The cakes can be baked in the microwave or oven and have a shelf life of 12 months. The cards are handcrafted on Vancouver Island, and all products are made in peanut-free facilities.

Free pick-up in store

Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.
