How to Use

Gentle Cleansing Gel with Organic Avocado:

This Gentle Cleansing Gel is designed for both the body and hair. The pump format is particularly suitable for bath time.

Step 1 - Pump a small amount of the Gentle Cleansing Gel into your hand and lather.

Step 2 - Gently massage your baby’s body and scalp.

Step 3 - Rinse thoroughly.

Step 4 - Carefully dry your baby, paying special attention to the diaper area and skin folds.

No Rinse Cleansing Water with Organic Avocado:

The pump format is especially handy for toileting.

Step 1 - Pump the product onto a cotton pad.

Step 2 - Apply the soaked cotton pad to your baby’s face and/or diaper area.

Step 3 - No rinsing needed.

Step 4 - Dispose of the cotton pad in the trash.

Hydra Bébé Body Lotion with Organic Avocado:

Use the Hydra Bébé Body Lotion morning and evening. 

Step 1 - Pump once to dispense the milk into your hand.

Step 2 - Gently apply the milk all over your baby’s body.

Step 3 - A little massage is nice. Or a quick kiss if you’re short on time.

Hydra Bébé Facial Cream with Organic Avocado:

Convenient for travel, the tube fits easily in a bag.

Eco-friendly, it minimizes waste with its valve that dispenses just the right amount of cream.

Step 1 - Gently squeeze the tube and dispense into your hand.

Step 2 - Apply twice daily to your baby’s face.

Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Free in-store returns and exchanges

Visit a CLÉMENT store to complete your return or exchange at no cost upon presentation of proof of purchase. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
