Returns and exchanges

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible returns policy within 15 days of receipt, subject to the following policy and conditions.

  • Free in-store returns & exchanges

    Visit a CLÉMENT shop to complete your return or exchange free of charge upon presentation of proof of purchase and in accordance with our return policy. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as the one used to make the purchase.

  • Easy online return

    Make a return request and get a prepaid return label. Online return fees start at only 10$ + tax per return*.

    Please note that this return form is only available for orders placed after May 21.

    For orders placed before May 21, please contact us to obtain a manual return label.

Return online (from $10)*

Clothing, footwear and small accessories
A fee of $10* + tax per return request applies to clothing, footwear and small accessories.

Equipment (e.g. strollers, highchairs, playpens, car seats, etc.)
A fee of $20* + tax applies per return request for baby equipment such as strollers, highchairs, car seats, playpens, etc.

Furniture and oversized items
A fee starting at $50* + tax per return request applies to furniture such as beds, desks, bunks, chairs, armchairs or other oversized items.

*Additional return costs

Some items depend on their size and weight. A return surcharge may also apply for certain items depending on their origin, for example remote regions.

Return in new condition

All returned goods must be in their original packaging, with labels, in new condition for any exchange or refund.

Ineligible products

Liquidation

Items on clearance sale with final sale, or at 50% off or more cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Assembled furniture or demonstrators

Assembled or demonstration furniture cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Hygiene products

Returns of hygiene products such as underwear, masks, creams, nasal aspirators, balms, etc. are final sale. No exchanges, no refunds.

Special orders

Special orders and made-to-measure orders are final sales. No exchange, no refund.

Customisable products

Personalised products such as self-adhesive labels are final sales. No exchanges, no refunds.

Gift cards

Gift cards are final sales. No exchanges, no refunds.

Articles in liquidation

Items on clearance sale with final sale, or at 50% off or more cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Price adjustments

Price adjustments are limited to a period of 15 days following the date of purchase.

Products eligible for price adjustments

The application must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible:

  • The item must be of the same brand and model number.
  • The price of the item must be in Canadian dollars and include all surcharges, shipping and other charges.
  • The product must be sold and shipped by an authorized retailer or distributor located in Canada.
  • Third-party sellers on marketplaces, resellers, and sellers whose products are being refurbished or liquidated are not eligible.
  • The item must be in stock, available for sale, and must not be a limited-time offer, a pre-order or only available in limited quantities.
  • The price of the item must not be lower because of a pricing or advertising error.

Special orders and made-to-measure orders are final sales. No exchange, no refund

Defective products

If you have received a defective product, our team will assist you in resolving the situation. Please inspect the items as soon as you receive your order and contact our customer service department if you have received the faulty product.

Warranty

Snowsuit warranty

Snowsuit breakage caused by a manufacturer's defect is guaranteed for the duration of the current season. Only manufacturer's defects are covered by this warranty, and CLÉMENT reserves the right to refuse to apply this policy at any time if the defect is deemed not to be a manufacturer's defect. No refunds will be made for damaged snowsuits purchased in a previous season.

Warranty on baby items

Warranties are honored directly by the manufacturers of the following following companies.

Holiday shopping

Purchases made at CLÉMENT from November 21 to December 24 will have an extended return policy until January 13 of the following year.

Can I make an exchange?

Exchanges are possible in shop only, free of charge and subject to availability, within 15 days of receiving or collecting your order.

It is not possible to exchange products online. To obtain a new product or variant, complete a new order and return the unsuitable item separately, return postage costs apply.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the goods have been received at our distribution centre, please allow 24 to 48 hours for your return to be processed.

Once the refund has been made, allow 3 to 7 working days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.

In-store returns are processed directly on site. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.

Can I cancel or change my order?

It is not possible to modify a web order.

It is possible to cancel a recent order if it has not been processed or dispatched.

If your order has been processed and dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel it. Please complete an online returns form or visit our shop for a refund.
