*Backpacks have been tested to support a weight of 5 pounds. Handbags have been tested to support a weight of 3 pounds. It is recommended not to overload the product to maximize longevity.

One-year warranty = The warranty applies once per item on the initial purchase and covers manufacturing defects (zippers and seams). The warranty does not apply to snags or scratches on hardware. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from excessive use, dye transfer, deformation, accident, improper maintenance, and product modification. This must be normal wear and tear and use within the recommended weight.

Starting in fall 2024, Lambert will offer even greener products than ever before. For all new products, more than 58% of the vegan leather in the products will be made with recycled materials. In addition, the interior of all products will be made with 100% recycled materials.

Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.
