How To Maintain My Maovic Products:

Decorative covers and white covers:
Maovic covers are washer and dryer safe. Completely empty the covers of their hulls before putting them in the washer. Turn over to wash.

Buckwheat hulls:
To refresh the buckwheat hulls, place them in the sun. They will heat up and disinfect themselves. Buckwheat hulls have a shelf life of about 10 years. After this time, they can be sent to the compost.

A mess on the pillow? Wash the husks with a mild soap, rinse well and lay them out to dry completely before returning them to the pillow

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.
