One-year warranty = The warranty covers manufacturing defects. These defects can include zippers and seams. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from dye transfer, strain, an accident, improper use or maintenance and modification of the product. It is not applicable on snags. This should be normal wear. The warranty is applicable once per initial purchase, per item.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.
