Description

The Nomad Hot and Cold Therapy Compress by Amma Thérapie offers a natural and convenient way to relieve everyday discomfort wherever you go. Filled with organic grains and made in Canada, it can be used warm or cold depending on your needs.

When used warm, it helps relieve muscle tension, soothe stomach discomfort, promote relaxation, and may provide support during breastfeeding. When used cold, it helps reduce inflammation and relieve pain and migraines.

Warm use
-Microwave: heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on microwave power
-Conventional oven: warm for approximately 10 to 12 minutes at 175°F / 80°C
-Do not use in a gas oven

Cold use
-Place the compress in a sealed plastic bag
-Store it in the freezer so it is ready for cold use

Care
-Protect the compress from dust and keep it on a clean surface
-Do not immerse in water
-Gently wipe the fabric with a damp cloth

Warnings
-Handle the heated compress with caution to avoid skin burns
-Spread the grains evenly throughout the compress for even heat distribution
-If reheating the compress while it is still warm, use a shorter heating time
-Never leave a child under 3 years of age unattended with the compress

Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Free in-store returns and exchanges

Visit a CLÉMENT store to complete your return or exchange at no cost upon presentation of proof of purchase. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Submit a return request and receive a prepaid return label. Online return fees start at $10 + tax per return request.**A return surcharge may apply to certain items depending on their size, weight, or origin.
