Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Free in-store returns and exchanges

Visit a CLÉMENT store to complete your return or exchange at no cost upon presentation of proof of purchase. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Efficace mais ne colle pas bien

Je ne sais pas si ça fonctionne ou pas mais je n’ai pas vu de piqûre pour l’instant. Par contre, elle ne reste pas bien collé aux vêtements. Tombe facilement.

Pour les bébés

Nous aimons beaucoup être à l'extérieur et faire de la randonnée. Nous ne pouvons pas mettre de chasse moustique sur la peau de bébé, mais les collants sont très efficaces. Nous adorons ! Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous faisons cet achat.

Est ce que je peux apposer le collant sur mon bébé de 9 mois ? J’ai entendu dire que ce n’étais pas recommandé? Pour quelle raison?

CLÉMENT

Bonjour, oui, ces timbres peuvent être utilisés pour un bébé de 9 mois. Il est toutefois recommandé de les apposer sur le vêtement plutôt que directement sur la peau. Cela permet de limiter le contact avec les huiles essentielles et d’éviter que bébé ne touche l’autocollant et porte ensuite ses mains à sa bouche. Pour une utilisation optimale, il est suggéré de le coller à un endroit hors de portée de ses mains, comme dans le dos ou sur la manche.
