EVA Care: EVA shoes can be hand washed with mild soap and baking soda. Wash with a cloth or soft brush and let dry in a cool, shaded area. Never put your shoes in the washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher! EVA shoes are thermoformed, so they can be deformed by heat. They advise storing shoes away from sunlight or heat, as they can deform due to the EVA composition. They also advise against leaving them in a car in the sun.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.
