Ship your order free of charge to the boutique of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up at the boutique. Please wait for this notification before coming to the boutique. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky items.

Delivery

We offer free delivery* on orders over 100$ of clothing, shoes and small accessories. A delivery charge of 7$ applies to orders under 100$.

Shipping to the USA

We offer U.S. delivery for a flat fee of 20$. This offer is not valid for some items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Car seats and childcare products subject to differing safety standards are not available for delivery in the United States.

Import, tax and return charges are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Mauvaise qualité

Nous avons acheté ces bottes en octobre . Ma fille les a mise 3 fois l'année derrière et 2 fois cette année. Elles sont déjà déchirées au niveau des "coutures " .
Vraiment déçu pour 50 $ je pensais qu'elles feraient au moins 1 saison

Ne pas gaspiller votre argent

Je ne recommande pas ce produit, j’ai acheté deux paires pour mes garçons et les deux ont le même problème, des fissures après seulement avoir été porté à quelques occasions pour une saison seulement. L’eau entre maintenant dans les bottes alors c’est bon pour la poubelle.

Nous avons acheté ces bottes pour notre fils de trois ans. 1 mois plus tard, elles ont fendu et prennent l’eau.

Not waterproof !

Some time after buying his boots, my child complained of having wet feet. When I looked at the boots, I saw that the outline was no longer sticking properly and that there were holes that let water in. I couldn't fix it and had to buy another pair of boots.
