Big news this year at Caribou! We are very happy to present our brand new sherpa cap! Made of cotton corduroy with a sherpa lining, enhanced with embroidery! Soft, warm, and comfortable, our winter cap features a back flap to protect the back of your neck from the cold. And we are proud to highlight the fact that all our sherpa caps are produced in our workshop in Quebec!

Composition: Outer: 100% cotton / Lining: 100% polyester Care: Machine wash on delicate cycle in cold water and dry flat.

Free pick-up in store

Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy within 15 days of receipt, subject to our terms and conditions of sale.

Free in-store returns and exchanges

Visit a CLÉMENT store to complete your return or exchange at no cost upon presentation of proof of purchase. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Easy online returns

Submit a return request and receive a prepaid return label. Online return fees start at $10 + tax per return request.**A return surcharge may apply to certain items depending on their size, weight, or origin.
