You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Produit décevant

Vouloir encourager une marque québecoise est noble comme geste, mais à quel point se laisser berner.

Je suis fort déçu du produit rapport qualité-prix. L’avoir eu en main et non commandé en ligne, car région très éloignée, je n’aurais pas payé plus que 7$ l’article.

Le napperon beige est tellement mince qu’on voit le grain de bois de ma table en dessous. Les côtés relèvent ce qui donne l’envie à mon enfant de jouer avec. Le matériel n’a pas de corps, et en plus il demeure taché par les aliments après un lavage à la main.
