Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Free in-store returns and exchanges

Visit a CLÉMENT store to complete your return or exchange at no cost upon presentation of proof of purchase. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Submit a return request and receive a prepaid return label. Online return fees start at $10 + tax per return request.**A return surcharge may apply to certain items depending on their size, weight, or origin.

Ours musical doux et bien fait qui apaise les bébés et les enfants. Les clients ont fait l'éloge de la « belle » mélodie originale et de la boîte à musique amovible pour le lavage. Effet « envoûtant » noté. Cependant, une forte consommation de batterie nécessite des recharges fréquentes. La qualité sonore est décrite comme adéquate mais pas de qualité supérieure. Dans l'ensemble aimé par les familles.

Our grandchild loves this bear! The first time she saw him she reached for him and snuggled him. Later she sat mesmerized by him for at least 2 minutes while the music gently played. It was so touching to watch.
The original music is beautiful, the bear is well made and we like that the music box inside can be removed so the bear can be washed. Thank you!

Mignon, mais prend BEAUCOUP de batterie

Mignon petit toutou avec une douce mélodie. Nous l'utilisons à chaque sieste.

La seule chose est que ça prend de la batterie sans bon sens ! Pour nous aider, on a acheté deux paquets x 4 batteries réutilisables : a chaque soir, je dois mettre celles chargées dans le toutou et celles déchargées sur la charge. Si je ne le fais pas, les batteries ne tiennent pas pour toute la journée du lendemain.

Beau cadeau

L’ourson est petit et le son demeure de moindre qualité mais la mélodie est plus agréable que toutes celles sur le marché. Un produit fait au Québec et un très beau cadeau à recevoir. J’ai privilégié la qualité à la quantité et je suis satisfaite d’accueillir bébé avec Moka à mes côtés !
