Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

Joli et efficace

Je suis très satisfaite de cet humidificateur pour la chambre de notre bébé. Il est très efficace et a un joli design. Nous adorons tous les produits achetés de cette compagnie d’ailleurs. Je recommande fortement!

L’humidificateur fait bien son travail, mais il est grand et gros pour rien vu que son réservoir d’eau est vraiment très minime

Dont buy this product

Dont buy this product. I purchased it in hopes of it helping with my babies night dry coughs. I was told by the sales associate it was also a diffuser. I got home, added water, 5 drops of essential oil and plugged it in on the two hour mode. One hour into the night, my husband goes into the nursery and says there is water on the floor and going all up my wooden dresser doors. I quickly unplugged it and emptied it. I tried it in my kitchen, it also was wetting the floor. There is no way to minimize the amount of steam coming out, you can only guide which way the water goes.
I went to the store to return it and i am told it is open and they cannot resell it because it was used. Fair, understable. The staff tells me to send their customer service an email and they will help me with the return. After sending two emails, i am told i cannot return the product (which was purchased on Tuesday, used tuesday night for one hour and attempted to return thursday afternoon) because it is used.
How is a client supposed to know if they like a product/ works for their baby, if they do not open it and try it?
In addition, i am told “Please also note that we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on our products.”

Very disappointed with the customer service i have received.
Dont buy this product, you will be stuck with it.

Superbes possibilités

J’adore cet humidificateur qui a plusieurs possibilités d’utilisation : les 2 vitesses, les différents temps d’utilisation en cliquant plusieurs fois et les couleurs (surtout pour dans la chambre de mon enfant) .
