Description

Features:
Let your child explore the toy and find out which features move and make a sound - if necessary assist and show them all the moving, clicking parts.
Ask your child simple questions such as 'can you make the head move?'
Show them pictures/photos of animals in books and encourage them to recognise the similar features of image and toy.
Talk about the animal in terms of size, colour, sounds they make and features they have such as mane, tail, hooves, claws, ears, etc.
Encourage your child to imitate any sounds the animals might make
Introduce your child to rhymes and songs that feature the animals.
Encourage imaginative play in combination with other items from the First Friends collection.

Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Free in-store returns and exchanges

Visit a CLÉMENT store to complete your return or exchange at no cost upon presentation of proof of purchase. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Submit a return request and receive a prepaid return label. Online return fees start at $10 + tax per return request.**A return surcharge may apply to certain items depending on their size, weight, or origin.
