Our play mats are very easy to clean. Gently wipe with a damp cloth before first use and dry thoroughly.

Ensure the play mat is completely dry after cleaning and before placing it back on the floor. Moisture underneath may damage certain floor surfaces.

Note: Product colors may vary slightly. Minor bubbles or color differences are natural characteristics of the foaming process.

Not suitable for babies under 10 months. Never leave a child unattended. Always use under adult supervision.

Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.
