Ship your order free of charge to the store of your choice. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery (except for furniture).

You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up in store. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Photo ID will be required for pickup.

Your order will be available for pick-up for a period of 15 days following notification.

Staff are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items fit into their vehicle, and to bring a person(s) able to assist with heavy and bulky products.

Delivery

We offer the Free delivery*. on the orders over 100$ clothes, shoes and small accessories. From delivery charge of 7$ apply to orders for less than 100$.

*This offer is not valid for some oversized items and some remote areas. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended

We previously offered shipping to the United States at a fixed rate of $20* on clothing, footwear, and accessories. Car seats and baby gear subject to differing safety standards were not eligible for delivery to the United States.

Import fees, return costs, and taxes were entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Free in-store returns and exchanges

Visit a CLÉMENT store to complete your return or exchange at no cost upon presentation of proof of purchase. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

J’ai acheté cette poussette puisque j’habite en forêt et doit faire des marches dans un chemin non asphalté. La poussette est légère et a une excellente suspension. L’adaptateur pour nouveau ne était requis pour moi

Faulty model made in 2024, beware

We bought this stroller from Clement in late 2024 in anticipation of our 2025 baby. We’ve used this stroller barely over a year (may 2025-now) and the parking brake was stuck and would not come unstuck no matter what we tried. Thule followed through since it was under warranty but I would be sure to check the manufacturing date of your stroller and anticipate the same issue. A quick google search will show you it’s a known issue.

Great Stroller!

We absolutely love this stroller. As 2 very active people we decided to make this our everyday stroller so we wouldnt need to buy anything else for running / adventures and cant recommend it enough! The quality is unmatched. Sp many different attachments you can buy for it. We attach our car seat directly to it, as well as the bassinet

Elle est parfaite pour celles et ceux qui veulent courir avec leur bébé. De plus, l'assise est assez longue pour permettre à ton enfant de l'utiliser plusieurs années. La poignée s'ajuste pour permettre d'être confortable lors des longues promenade ou course.
